minimum Registration of 50 sites
- Registration until the o day 21 of February of 2007
- Payment of the registrations between day 22 of February and day 1 of March
- Voting of the site since the day of the first registration until the o day 1 of April - Result of the voting in the day 2 April
- reward 1000€ for the voted site more
- Registe and it participates in the competition
- All the enrolled ones in the competition will be displayed in a list in fórum
- the sites that not to appear in the list of fórum are not the competition
